If the login fails it is quite likely that your browser has been set to block third-party cookies. The LSN web interface requires that a single cookie be installed which records important information for the web interface to work, and also allows you to revisit this web page without having to log in again.

If your browser is currently set to block incoming cookies, please add 'bytemark.co.uk' to the exception list.

Internet Explorer 6.0 users: To add the LSN web interface to your exception list, go to Tools and then select Internet Options. Under the Privacy tab, click on 'Sites...'. Type 'bytemark.co.uk' and then click on 'Allow'.
